Belonging to the category of pit furnaces and to the REP model, we present the furnace REP S, which achieves heat treatment by means of neutral salt baths or other salty components.
The internal treatment chamber is supplied in high thickness stainless steel with reinforcing ribs.
The heating of the chamber is of electric indirect type with sets of resistances positioned uniformly on the walls of the furnace.
This type of treatment results in excellent uniformity of the heat transmitted to the piece evenly by the salt.
- Electronic adjustments of temperature through static power relays with the possibility of programming and data logging.
- Cover opening/closing system: servo-assisted.
- Treatments up to 600°C in a neutral salt bath or other salt baths
