INDUSTRIAL FURNACE WITH SUPERIMPOSED VENTILATED CHAMBERS

Among the various types of furnaces with ventilated chamber, Ctm realizes a product with multiple superimposed chambers.
TL is suitable for those activities which require a differentiated preheating treatment, thereby optimizing the thermal cycle time.  This furnace has a metal structure with air circulation with walls of stainless steel sheet that constitute the heat absorbing, high thickness sandwich with cavity for air circulation.
Chamber heating is realized by sets of electrical resistances or by indirect heat exchangers powered by gas, methane or fuel oil burners.
Forced air circulation takes place by means of special fans suitable for high temperatures; optimisation of the circulation with flow rate adjusters.
The door opening procedure is determined at the design stage in accordance with the dimensional requirements of the customer; Ctm proposes solutions with counterbalanced guillotine, with manual or servo-assisted handling.
