INDUSTRIAL ROTATING CHAMBER FURNACE

The Model TER is an automatic furnace with controlled atmosphere combined with a quenching tank.
This realization with rotating chamber in special stainless steel featuring high thermal resistance is very easy to use. The planning process allows high yield, consistent production, without the intervention of specialized operators.
Designed for gaseous cementation, it is also suitable for other thermal treatments.
The tank with forced circulation through a pump, allows a capillary control of the temperature.
The cooling system is realized with heat exchanger with recyclable water.
