The special structure made of stainless steel sheet allows optimal air circulation for the pre-sintering process.
The heating is electric and the resistance units used feature low surface load and high exchange power and are positioned in the air circuit.
The ESPT oven operates with a dual option of air circulation:
an open loop during the drying stages and a closed loop during the pre-sintering with horizontal split currents, using special fans for high temperatures.
The optimization of the circulation is realized by flow adjustments.
- Electronic adjustments of temperature through static power relays with the possibility of programming and data logging.
- Exhausted air removal valve and dry air intake during drying stages with manual or servo-assisted adjustment.
- Door opening with hinge and safety system.
- Drying and pre-sintering of PTFE powders
