This realization with open loop with horizontal split currents consists of a metallic structure with internal walls in stainless steel sheet forming the heat absorbing, high thickness sandwich with cavity for air circulation.
Heating is obtained with sets of electrical resistances with low surface load.
Forced air circulation, optimized by flow rate adjusters, uses special fans for high temperatures.
A control panel automatically manages the extraction of the moist air from the furnace chamber while, if required, input dryers or output condensers can be applied for the total replacement of the recycled air.
